Relationship Officer

Our client is one of the leading banks in UAE. They are now looking for a Relationship Officer to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Sales Focus, drive personal loan sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Customer Engagement, Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs.
• Stay updated on personal loan products and market trends.
• Documentation, ensure accurate processing of loan applications and compliance with regulations.
• Work closely with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction

Preference  

• Banking experience in the UAE, specifically in the sales of credit cards or personal loans  
• Track record of earning incentives, with bank statements reflecting consistent monthly performance
• Candidates based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi 

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal loan sales within a banking environment.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities.
