In line with the recent working week changes announced by the UAE Federal Government on December 7, 2021, TASC Group will adopt a Monday to Friday working week structure, effective January 1, 2022.

TASC offices will remain open in UAE and India from Monday to Friday and closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Office opening hours are:

08.00 AM – 5.30 PM from Monday to Friday (UAE)

09.30 AM – 6.30 PM from Monday to Friday (India)

As an outsourced Associate, you will have to follow the agreed workweek and shift hours with your client supervisor, managing your day-to-day deliverables. In case there is no communication shared on workweek changes by your supervisor, please continue with your existing workweek while following current shift hours.

800 E-Care Operations will adopt a Monday to Friday working week structure, effective January 1, 2022. Our revised IVRs will help you route your queries to respective teams from Monday to Friday during working hours.

Our automated WhatsApp chatbot AIDA will be available (+91 44 6653 4488) 24X7 through the week. We will continue to service email queries from Monday to Friday.

All timesheet/ attendance/ payroll timelines will continue to be adhered to as usual.

There is no change in the annual leave and your leaves will continue to be aligned with client policy on accrual and transfer of leave balance.

All public holidays will be aligned as per the new work week.
