Our client is a leading Conglomerate company. They are now looking for a Recruiter to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
- Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
- Sourcing & Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Forecasting recruitment budgets.
Preference:
- Immediate Joiners
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Strong decision-making skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
