Receptionist

Our client is a leading Food and Beverage Manufacturing company. They are now looking for a Receptionist to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Attend phone calls
• Office-related purchases (stationary groceries, and others) and raising E- Purchase/ POS
• Arrange for visit visas for company visitors
• Book all employees business related travels
• Hotel bookings for internal visitors and employees when traveling on business trips

 Preference:

• Immediate Joiners
• Sponsored Visa Holders
• Highly organized/ Excellent time management skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proven Receptionist experience
• Excellent communication skills
