Our client is a leading bank in UAE. They are now looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and managing onboarding programs to create an engaging experience for new hires.
- Prepare and organize onboarding materials such as welcome packets, orientation guides, and training schedules.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and relevant departments to schedule and facilitate orientation sessions and introductory meetings
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company’s culture, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure new hires complete required paperwork, including contracts and benefits enrolment
Preference
- Banking experience in UAE in employee Onboarding
- Knowledge of legal standards, including UAE labor laws, is required

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Onboarding, HR, or Talent Acquisition, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
