Marketing Coordinator

Our client is in leading organization Pharmaceutical Industry. They are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities.

• Submission of the promotional collaterals  on Veeva PromoMats for review and approval
• Follow up with content development vendors
• Maintains promotional materials inventory
• Raising contracts for speakers / sponsorships after approval
• Follow up on POs issuance before the events
• Post Meeting / Event documentation and closure , notifying the finance team to issue the payments

 Preference

• Immediate Joiner
• 1 year Experience in UAE
  

Qualifications:

• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and SAP
• Excellent communication skills
• Project management
• Process improvement and experience with CRM systems
• Planning & Analytical Skills
