Client Advisor

Our client is a Fashion company. They are now looking for a Client Advisor to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of service.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and client retention.

Preference:

• Arabic-Russian Speakers
• Immediate Joiners
• Sponsorship Visa holders

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Client Advisor, or similar role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
