Our client is a leading company in Retail Industry. They are now looking for a Call Center Agent to join them.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and manage inbound and outbound calls and chats in a timely manner.
  • Identify client needs / concerns, clarify information, and provide solutions.
  • Take advantage of opportunities to upsell services.
  • Manage customer bookings; always provide top-notch customer service.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs and targets.

 Preference:

  • Arabic Speakers
  • Immediate Joiners
  • Proven work experience as a call centre or similar role.

 Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone, and WhatsApp) with a customer service attitude.
  • The ability to stay focused, review work, and share only accurate details with guests.
  • Microsoft office knowledge (teams, excel, word).
