Our client is an Oil and Gas company. They are now looking for an Administrative Assistant to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently.
- Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software such as MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
