Our client is a leading Company in a Consulting Industry. They are now looking for a Performance Management Specialist to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate company's Talent Management/Performance review HR systems for 400+ employees located in Riyadh, Doha, Manama, and Dubai offices
- Manage probation periods for all new hires
- Prepare and monitor performance reviews for Consultants and Support functions
- Maintain mentor-mentee master sheet
- Provide Talent Management administration support
Preference:
- Knowledge about Performance Management System.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills to manage employee concerns and address issues effectively.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required for the position of HR specialist
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in relevant field
- UAE experience is mandatory
