Field Trainer

Our client is a leading global consumer electronics brand. They are now looking for a field trainer to join them.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs with the Training Manager
• Plan and schedule daily & weekly training programs
• Cover UAE retail stores, engaging with retailers
• Develop in-store training activities
• Collaborate across departments for relevant training needs
• Create/orientation programs for new hires
• Maintain training materials and equipment

Qualifications:

• Proven training experience
• Track record in designing and executing successful programs
• Familiarity with various training methods
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in writing reports and training manuals
• Good computer and database skills
