Vessel husbandry Coordinator

Our client is a Logistics company. They are now looking for a Vessel Husbandry Coordinator to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Identify and oversee ship supplies and crew change requirements and coordinate the purchases with the approved vendors for smooth delivery 
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to develop and integrate a robust ship supplies and crew care product.
• Ensure customer complaints are investigated/escalated to higher layer and quality assurance team to do the root cause analysis and propose appropriate solutions to enhance levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relations with key customers, 3rd party service providers agents, port authorities, customs and other statutory authorities ensure seamless business support.
• Ensure reporting on services provided, issues identified, and solutions offered to the management

Qualifications:

• Technical Diploma or, Associate Degree in the related field.
• Over 4-10 years of experience in similar technical/ industrial field
