Our client is a leading Finance and Investments organisation and are looking for a Total Rewards professional for their Abu Dhabi Office.
Responsibilities:
- Plan a comprehensive rewards strategy, and programs including work/life balance programs.
- Develop and coordinate communications strategies and activities designed to educate and inform employees about total rewards.
- Support the Total Rewards Lead in development excellent quality PowerPoint presentation for the Board Human Resources Committee in due timelines.
- Manage performance management and rewards and recognition programs jointly with the L&D team for the company.
- Evaluate the compensation landscape to understand and learn from best practices through benchmarking and industry research and employment trends, track legislation and make recommendations.
- Review and update HR Policy and Procedures Manual related to Total Reward and Performance Management.
