Sr Planning Engineer

Our client is a well-known Civil Engineering company. They are now looking for an Sr. Planning Manager to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans for hotel projects, including timeframes, resources, and budget considerations, using advanced project management software.
• Monitor project progress against the plan, identifying any deviations and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on project status, risks, and variances from the plan.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project schedules and budgets.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure that construction meets the high standards expected in luxury hotel projects.

 Preference:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex schedules and budgets.
• Familiarity with UAE construction laws, regulations, and permitting processes.
• Expert knowledge of project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and proficiency in MS Office.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or similar role, specifically within the hotel construction sector in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
