Recruiter

Our client is a well-known Civil Engineering company. They are now looking for a Recruiter to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training of employees and administering employee benefits
• Sourcing candidates through social media platforms by posting jobs on these platforms.
• Recruitment of Blue collar and white-collar jobs
• Preparing job description based on clients’ requirements
• Calling and shortlisting candidates by using ATS
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews of candidates. 

 Preference:

• Must Have Experience in Recruiting for Blue Collar Job Roles
• Immediate Joiners preferred.
• Must be on Valid Sponsorship Visa

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree Preferred
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Must have good negotiation skills.
