Quotation Coordinator

Our client is a leading Conglomerate which comprises of Varied verticals such as Nuclear, Aeronautics, Aluminium etc. They are now looking for a Quotation Coordinator to join them.  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conducting and participating in daily toolbox discussions.
• Responsible for preparing and submitting quotations against the RFQ.
• Quotation and open order backlog management for the entire quotation and order life cycle.
• Handling inquiries, Quotations, Sales orders, and Customer Claims.
• Co-operates with local and Global delivery for support.

Preference:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role/ field.
• Basic knowledge of handling CRM tools i.e. MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.
• Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Education. The additional certificate related to the position will be an advantage.
• Basic level of knowledge of ERP software i.e. SAP/Oracle/PCS etc.
