Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a Leading Retail. They are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them. 
 

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage project budgets throughout the lifecycle, advising on cost-efficient solutions.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, analyzing contractor bids, and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project financial progress, ensuring cost control and preparing reports to align with budget expectations.
• Conduct site visits to assess work progress, manage valuations, and ensure timely payments to contractors.
• Identify financial risks, ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations, and maintain cost-related documentation.

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., RICS) are a plus.
