Procurement Executive

Our client is a well-known Civil Engineering company. They are now looking for a Procurement Executive to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet company objectives while adhering to budget constraints.
• Source and evaluate vendors and suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage ongoing supplier performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of essential items to support business operations.

 Preference:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex schedules and budgets.
• Familiarity with UAE construction laws, regulations, and permitting processes.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or similar role, specifically within the hotel construction sector in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
