Loan Transaction Specialist

Our client is a Banking company. They are now looking for a Loan Transaction Specialist to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Manage and oversee mortgage loan transactions from application to closing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Coordinate with borrowers, underwriters, and third-party service providers.
• Review and analyse loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide timely updates and communication to all stakeholders involved in the loan process.

Preference

• Arabic Speakers preferred
• Banking experience in UAE

Qualifications:  

• Proven experience as a Loan Transaction Specialist or similar role within a banking environment, preferably in UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan processes and documentation requirements
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
