Our client is a pharmaceutical and biotechnology company. They are now looking for an HR Coordinator to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Communication – Assist in coordinating engagement initiatives, HR communications, and company policy dissemination.
Onboarding, Offboarding & Benefits – Support logistics for onboarding/offboarding, assist with benefits administration, and manage HR documentation.
Training & Development – Schedule and coordinate training sessions, maintain records, track participation, and support LMS administration.
HR Operations & Reporting – Assist with employee surveys, prepare reports/presentations, and coordinate HR-related meetings and events.
Recruitment & Vendor Coordination – Schedule interviews, liaise with candidates and hiring managers, and manage vendor relationships for HR services/events.

Immediate Joiners
2+ years of experience in administrative function, or an HR support role
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
