Event Manager

Our client is one of the leading companies in the Events industry and they are now looking for an Event Manager to join their team in KSA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of comprehensive event plans, encompassing timelines, logistics, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand event objectives, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Analyze expenditure against budgetary constraints, adjusting as necessary.
• Manage event budgets, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts to maintain financial adherence.
• Spearhead the conceptualization and implementation of immersive and engaging visitor experiences.
• Drive the development of compelling event content and program agendas, considering audience engagement and thematic relevance.
• Establish strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and aligning event plans accordingly.

Qualifications:

• 8 to10 years of experience in Events, or a related role.
• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
