Our client is a leading sovereign wealth fund. They are now looking for a Receptionist & Admin Assistant to join them.

responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, answer calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and office documentation.
  • Maintain office supplies, organize meetings, and support daily operations.
  • Manage files, databases, and confidential information securely.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders efficiently.

 Preference

  • UAE National with Family Book
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • 2-3 years of experience

Qualifications:

  • High school degree (Receptionist), Diploma or higher qualification (Diploma preferred for Admin role)
