Our client is a leading Company in the Real Estate Industry. They are now looking for a Document Controller to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects, or departments.
- Ensure all documents are properly reviewed, approved, and distributed according to internal procedures and project requirements.
- Maintain document control registers and logs to track all submissions, revisions, and approvals.
- Monitor document lifecycle processes, including creation, review, update, and obsolescence.
Preference:
- 5-7 years’ Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role
- Knowledge of document management systems and practices
- Familiarity with electronic document management software (EDMS) and MS Office Suite.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
