Alteration Engineer

Our client is a Real Estate company. They are now looking for an Alteration Engineer to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create and modify detailed alteration plans and drawings for villas using AutoCAD.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals to ensure regulatory compliance for all alteration projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, inspect work quality, and address any on-site issues.
• Collaborate closely with architects and designers to align project outcomes with design specifications and client expectations

Preference

• Proficient in AutoCAD
• UAE Driving License
• 30 Days’ notice

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed architectural plans and drawings.
• Valid UAE driving license for site visits and coordination with external parties.
• Extensive knowledge of construction and alteration processes, especially in villa remodelling projects.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with architects, contractors, and stakeholders
