As one of the Middle East’s leading e-commerce sites, our home shopping client has an ever-growing need for high quality call centre and back office staff. So when they were looking to grow their team,they turned to one of the leading staffing companies in the UAE – TASC.
Our client was looking to recruit a 50-strong call centre team in just a week-and-half. As an extra challenge, the recruitment was to take place over the holiday season, and retain the company’s diverse mix of nationalities and cultures.

Using a multi-channel approach, including our 550k-strong database and innovative social media postings, we quickly identified a set of suitable candidates, conducting the initial screening with our AI-based technology to speed up the process.
All selections were made and placements satisfactorily completed within the 1.5 week deadline. More than 800 hundred candidates were screened, with 200 shortlisted, 80 selected for interview, and 50 finally placed.

The client had been looking to appoint an Emirati leader to their Digital Excellence team for more than three months.
By collaborating with our established external partner network, and working around the clock, we were able to source a shortlist of highly qualified, motivated candidates with a strong professional history in IT, innovation and advisory services.
Less than two weeks after receiving the initial brief we were able to present two qualified candidates to the client. Following a final interview process, a candidate was selected and appointed to the leadership role.
Our client is the largest telecoms operator in the UAE and a provider of communications and IT services to millions of consumer and corporate customers across the Emirates.
In support of a transformation project, the client needed to hire expert technical staff to install, upgrade and maintain critical infrastructure. At just six weeks, timelines were extremely tight and and adhering to strict budget was critical.
Casting our net across multiple countries, we operated simultaneous recruitment campaigns in three distinct territories, giving us maximum reach. Talent was quickly identified and screened, with technical tests conducted online.
The project was closed with all positions filled in fewer than the six weeks. Overall, we’d sourced and screened more than 2,800 candidates, shortlisted 1,435, and selected 885 for interview. Of these, the 202 most suitable candidates were employed.
