Technical Processing Executive

Our client is a leading Company in an Insurance Industry. They are now looking for a Technical Processing Executive to join them. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Book all accounts for FAC business through Brokasure and Global XB system.
• Work closely with the brokers to ensure smooth operations & identify improvements as appropriate.
• Review accounting forms, email communications and signed slips.
• Check and ensure that supporting documents for risk booking are correct and complete.
• Confirm if underwriters and client are approved in the Brokasure/ GXB system before booking

Preference:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant field
• Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and procedures.
• Proficiency in using insurance software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or related field.
• Prior experience in insurance operations, particularly in technical processing functions, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
