Sales Promoter -Toys

Our client is one of the largest Distribution Retail Partner For the Worlds foremost Toys brands. They are now looking for Sales promoter to join them - 6 months.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Greets customers and demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Helps customers select products, answers questions, and shares product knowledge.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Learns about new product offerings quickly
• Collaborates well with the retail team and has strong interpersonal skill
• Creates or updates customer profile records.
• Processes purchases and returns.
• Alerts management of potential security issues.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Helps with the store opening and closing process.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, Basic educational qualification with a focus on customer service or sales.
• Sales Experience, Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in toys or accessories.
• Communication Skills, Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
