Our client is a leading Company in the Retail Industry. They are now looking for a Admin Assistant to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars efficiently.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Preference:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
