Role: Infra project lead

Requirement:
- Lead and manage all IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Create and develop project charter, work structure, reports, milestones, delivery of every project task within the project. The project lead should take ownership on tasks where external vendor scope is involved and ensure every task related to project is delivered on time.
- Assess every IT project proposal using different project methodologies, collaborate with stakeholders to identify and establish project goals, objectives, and timelines.
- Understand the scope, cost & timeline of all IT related projects and provide data to IT Manager in building the roadmap, milestones, project capex and operational costs.
- Consider IT hardware and all other IT service costs and needs, assist with capacity planning to ensure seamless deployment
- Monitor and control all ongoing projects, measure unplanned projects and its impact to the resource and business, perform and submit a clear assessment to get further validation.
- Procure all necessary network and IT hardware for the project and handle the end to end process of procurement
- Perform the setup and configuration of networks, servers, laptops, desktops and other IT peripherals
- Test all IT hardware before the deployment and schedule the delivery according to the site readiness in different phases
- Coordinate and setup with regional L2 business apps team for the app setup and ensure to provide necessary information of the project to get the delivery on-time.
- Ensure proper deployment and maintenance of SAP applications and related infrastructure.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years Professional Level
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PM foundation, CAPM, ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft) are preferred.
- Proven track record of managing complex IT infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of current IT trends and technologies
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and closing.
- Proficiency in budget management and cost control.
- Expertise in task coordination and resource allocation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including effective reporting and chart creation.
- Ability to simplify complex updates and share them in a clear, concise manner with project sponsors and managers.
