Service Installer

Our client is a Retail company. They are now looking for a Service Installer to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Install Home Appliances, efficiently install a range of electronic home appliances, ensuring all components are correctly connected and functioning as per manufacturer guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and Repair, Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues or malfunctions on-site, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
• Customer Interaction, Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to customers on the proper use and maintenance of their appliances.
• Safety Compliance, adhere to safety protocols and regulations during installation to protect both the customer and the equipment.
• Documentation, Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions for future reference and warranty purposes.

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Certified in appliance installation and repair.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on field experience.
