Our client is a Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage company. They are now looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Enhancing sales performance by executing strategic initiatives and facilitating continuous improvements. This role encompasses managing back-end sales functions, including documentation, report generation, sales presentations, and client request resolution. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional, adept at meeting customer expectations and cultivating strong relationships through superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Monitor and track pending orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Address and resolve customer requests and issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to expedite order fulfillment and handle any delays.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers regarding order status and updates.
- Create and deliver detailed data reports and sales guides to the sales team, ensuring they have up-to-date information for effective sales strategies.
- Develop and design sales service offerings and promotional materials to enhance the visibility and competitive positioning of Logistics in the market.
- Regularly update and refine sales collateral to align with market trends and company objectives.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective deployment of sales materials
- Adopt and apply new professional strategies and policies within the area of responsibility in accordance with management directions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing or any related field
- 4 - 6 years of experience in Sales or any related field
