Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist talent.
- Create and maintain a talent database for future positions.
- Keep job requirements and descriptions up to date for all positions
- Design effective recruitment marketing campaigns specific to the job opening.
- Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
Preference:
- Immediate Joiners.
- Experience with volume recruitment
- A good understanding of the UAE labor law is highly advantageous.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
