Our client is a leading accounting and advisory company. They are now looking for a receptionist to join them.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Meets and Greets clients
  • Ensures smooth operations of all the classes/trainings
  • Maintain professional appearance and personal conduct at all times
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Manage to extend assistance to trainers and clients at all times (i.e setting up classes, issuing of materials and certificates, answering queries)
  • Perform other assigned duties that are within the area of knowledge and skills required by the job description 


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively and efficiently with colleagues
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
