Policy Developer

Our client is a well-known Government Organization. They are now looking for a Policy Developer to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze existing policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Draft new policies and guides that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and feedback on policies
• Ensure policies comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Identify potential risks and develop policies to mitigate them.
• Create training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure understanding and adherence to policies.

• A master’s degree or professional certification in policy development is a plus.
• Strong ability to analyze complex information and synthesize it into clear, actionable policies.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, law, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in policy development, writing, and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present information clearly and effectively.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple policies and deadlines.
