Our client is a Leading Telecom company. They are now looking for an PMO / Project Management to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage assigned projects adhering to Client Processes ensuring outputs are delivered on time and to an appropriate standard.
Work closely with all Client services and business products.
Provide regular progress or highlight reports to the necessary project teams.
Develop plans regarding timescales and resource required for projects.
The Project Manager must be proactive in anticipating deviations from a plan or schedule early in the lifecycle and keep all participants and stakeholders informed.
Manage & analyze demands from different Client departments towards engineering.
Ensure demands are properly rationalized, prioritized, categorized, managed across different Stakeholders, widely assessed, transformed into an end-to-end solution design and architecture, completely and accurately communicated to management, correctly plotted into deliverables that are consistent with overall strategy.
Direct transforming demands from formation/initiation phases into defined and agreed deliverables that meet the original demand constraints including; requirements, business rules, financial and business-case constraints, as well as the company deliver capacities and capabilities according to forecasted studies.
Responsible for defining the project plans in coordination with other stakeholders; such as Planning, Operations and client (e.g Marketing, CIT, C&WS, Client Group).
Allocate and manage appropriate resources to each project.
Ensures end to end delivery of Engineering Solution by managing projects delivery on schedule, budget and with high quality and reliable results, based on the agreed SLAs, OLAs & KPIs, ensuring excellent satisfaction of all demanders
Enforce best practices in project management and release management, and manage risks on demanded projects, in order to deliver requirements on time and applying escalation process if necessary
Ensure Engineering proper quality assurance testing on delivered product or service, to avoid customers or network impact, and ensure clearing all technical faults on time to ensure delivery efficiency.
Ensure that all Engineering launched services are following the business rules and Engineering design without any impact on customer or the network.
Perform post launch analysis and interact with relevant stakeholders (contact center, operations, marketing, CIT..) to resolve any raised technical issue, and generate reports on network traffic with recommendations for further planning analysis.
Minimum 5 years of increasingly responsible experience, including experience successfully managing various projects. Outstanding grasp of technology concepts and processes.
Typically > 3 years as Project Manager; experienced in numerous successful projects (delivered ontime, meeting client requirements, with high team satisfaction), including complex projects.
Risk management skills, analytical skills and creativity to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day. Data analysis and decision making that may affect the project on a regular basis.
Has capability to manage multiple projects or tasks and track issues on a daily basis, besides experience in prioritizing workloads.
Has excellent & effective communications skills, besides excellent presentation skills.
Has excellent experience in latest Fixed and/or Mobile technologies, is preferable.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Telecommunications, and PMP preferred.
