Our client is a Leading Sports company. They are now looking for a Halo Operations Manager to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success and support District Manager in the commercial success of the store 
  • Analyse relevant data to probe and challenge the status quo within store 
  • Address identified improvement areas, involving the District Manager or other Retail Back Office partners as needed  
  • Drive continuous improvements linked to sales, productivity and profitability  
  • Ensure the legal and financial integrity of the stores  
  • Lead service by example, maximizing the amount of time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floor while coaching Store leaders to meet the required expectations 
  • To continuously motivate and inspire the team, while still setting high expectations maintaining a high-performance team
  • Manage team roster to achieve optimum staff coverage to properly serve customers, drive sales and execute tasks
  • Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude, Values and Core Belief  
  • Lead and implement all applicable loss prevention policies and procedures   
  • Maintain a safe and productive shopping and working environment  
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are adhered to  
  • Create a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analysing performance and giving appropriate and prompt feedback, including actively managing poor performance Work with the Halo Store Manager to identify and develop select strong performers with potential for growth along the Retail Field Career Ladder

  • Strong ability to balance incoming feedback and make the best decision for the business as per Brand Halo store expectations
  • Thrives under ambiguity; open to change and act as advocate for the ‘new’ 


Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Minimum 5 year’s work experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment with a minimum of 2 years Store Management responsibility  
  • Leadership role in a branded organization (creating a brand experience) 
  • Successful leadership of a team (50 people +)  
  • Geographical mobility
