Our client is a leading company within the entertainment sector. They are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Adapt global marketing plans to fit the Dubai market and develop local campaigns (including thematic, tactical and promotional), and align branch GMs on plans.
- Create, evolve and execute local content plan.
- Managing paid digital and social campaigns – through centralised global agency.
- Lead social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok) management ensuring compliance to brands identity and alignment with campaign calendar.
- Manage PR agency effectively ensuring compliance and alignment with brand and marketing calendar.
- Lead the end-to-end CRM process for emailers i.e., segmentation, list optimisation, creating and analysing results for both brands.
Preference:
- B2C and B2B marketing goals, strategies and tactics that deliver against the global business objectives for consumer sales.
- Own CRM contribution to B2C and B2B marketing goals, strategies and tactics that deliver against business objectives.
Education and/or Experience:
- 5+ years in marketing workings across full channel mix.
- Experience in retail via online and bricks and motor shopfront.
- Experience in working in a similar role in Dubai in the experiential entertainment / leisure industry.
