Financial Controller

Our client is a Multinational Mining and Drilling company, They are now looking for a Financial Controller to join their team in Jeddah.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure financial statements are maintained accurately and in line with company policies and accounting practices.
• Provide monthly and annual financial reports and interpret financial information to the Senior Leadership team and recommend further courses of action.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Assist in the hire and management of the Accounting team, including but not limited to functions performed by Finance Analyst, AP, AR, Payroll and Time and Billing.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation for Revenue, Intercompany balances, and Balance Sheet accounts.
• Process and maintain Fixed Asset acquisitions, disposals and depreciation.
• Oversee all Inventory movement and Inventory Counts.
• Prepare Yearly Budget File in consultation with Branch GM.

Qualifications

• University Bachelor Degree in Accounting 
• Minimum five years relevant finance experience in a senior finance role
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint etc.), IFS (Mid to large ERP)
• Professional Accounting Qualification (CPA)
