Our client is a leading Insurance company. They are now looking for a Customer Services Executive to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Handle large amount of inbound and outbound calls
Preference

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any subject
- 2-3 years of experience in related field, preferably in Medical/ Hospitals/ Insurance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
