Our client is a Power Generator company. They are now looking for a Technical Bid Specialist to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the commercial bidding of solar projects, deeply understanding and analyzing tender documents, and formulating bidding strategies
- Maintain close communication with EPC, ACWA, and other partners to coordinate bidding-related matters
- Prepare bidding documents, including technical solutions, commercial quotations, contract terms
- Participate in all stages of the bidding process to ensure the accuracy and timely submission of bidding documents
- Track and analyze industry bidding information, and participate in market research and competitor analysis.
Preference
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference given to candidates with a background in Engineering Management, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in commercial bidding in the solar industry, with preference given to those with EPC or ACWA collaboration experience.
- Familiarity with solar project bidding processes and relevant laws and regulations;
- Understanding of solar, wind power, and energy storage principles, with on-site construction management experience;
- Familiarity with 400KV substations and OHL lines, with subcontractor resources and pricing calculation capabilities;
