Call Centre Agent ( 3-Month Project)

Our client is a Multinational Real Estate company. They are now looking for a Call Center Agent to join them for a 3-month project.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To handle inbound and outbound calls of customers and clients.
• Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
• Upsell other products wherever possible.

Preference:

• Immediate Joiners

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or similar
• Min 3-6 Months of Customer service experience
• Sponsorship (Family/Freelance) Visa Holders only
