Our client is a leading accounting and advisory company. They are now looking for a receptionist to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meets and Greets clients
- Ensures smooth operations of all the classes/trainings
- Maintain professional appearance and personal conduct at all times
- Booking meeting rooms
- Manage to extend assistance to trainers and clients at all times (i.e setting up classes, issuing of materials and certificates, answering queries)
- Perform other assigned duties that are within the area of knowledge and skills required by the job description
Preference:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively and efficiently with colleagues
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
