Our client is an Investment Management company. They are now looking for an Office Manager to join them.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate and support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage office safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

 

 Preference:

  • Saudi National

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 2 - 8 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
