Our client is an Investment Management company. They are now looking for an Office Manager to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Coordinate and support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Manage office safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Preference:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 - 8 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fluency in English is a must.
