Our client is into Luxury Fashion industry. They are now looking for a Call Center Agent to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To handle inbound and outbound calls of customers and clients.
- Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Upsell other products wherever possible.
Preference:
- Immediate Joiners
- Age Limit – 35 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or similar
- Min 1-year experience in Call Center
